Contributors for Wild Coast Bikinis

In consideration for Wild Coast Bikinis granting You an opportunity to submit Material, photographs and
videos, to the Site, You hereby agree that:

1. Such Material is non-confidential; and
2. By submitting such Material, You are deemed to have provided a valid and binding electronic
signature (as permitted under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999) authorizing the assignment of all
rights, title and interest in all such Material to Wild Coast Bikinis, its assigns and licensees, to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute and publicly display such Material, for
any purpose whatsoever, in any media, throughout the world in perpetuity.
3. All models must be at least 18 years of age at time of content produced.
4. A minimum of 35 pictures are required mailed to WCB on CD, containing the 3 styles of pictures we post, indoors or outdoors. (we understand a lot of our bikinis never leave the bedroom, it's OK we understand)
5. CD's must contain pictures in a large format over 200KB as they will be cropped to 5x7, and if watermarked a copy of the watermark in photoshop format must be included. Pre-watermarked pictures will have the watermark replaced if it is cropped off.
6. Wild Coast Bikinis reserve the right not to post submissions that do not meet our requirements.
